Agnes Skapik

Skapik, Agnes, of Saint Louis, Missouri, was born to Fred and Frances (nee Matula) Smid and was Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church Thursday, October 20, 2022, in her hometown at the age of 99.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, Carl J. Skapik, her dear brother, Fred Smid, her treasured son-in-law, Greg Strnad, and her precious great granddaughter, Brin Geralyn Villeneuve.

She is survived by, her loving daughters, Gerianne (Don) Kopac and Carla Strnad, five (5) beloved grandchildren, Paul (Laura) Kopac, Lauren (Matt) Reynolds, Kara (Matty) Jung, Kelly (Mike) Villeneuve and Jared Strnad, seven (7) cherished great grandchildren, Madision, Avery, Luke, Jack, Parker, Alenka, and Reese, dear sister, Mary Ann Sulz, aunt, great aunt, cousin, godmother and friends.

She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mass: Friday, November 4, 2022, at 10:00 am St. John Nepomuk Chapel, 1625 S 11th St, St. Louis, MO 63104. Visitation: Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at John L. Ziegenhein Gravois Chapel, 7027 Gravois Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63116. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
