Aline Kirnbauer

June 12, 1943 — May 17, 2024

Aline A. Kirnbauer, 80, passed away Friday May 17, 2024 surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with brain and lung cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Ronald D. Kirnbauer, Sr. and is survived by her children - son, Ronald Kirnbauer Jr. (Sharon); daughters Kathleen Mahoney (Patrick) and Patricia McAlister (John); five grandchildren: Joshua, Lane, Kristen, Ian and Elise; and three great-grandchildren, Luke, Isaac and August. Wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Aline was born in Ste. Genevieve, MO June 12 1943 to Dermont and Mildred Thomure. She married her high school sweetheart June 8, 1963 and raised three amazing children. She loved nothing more than time with family, gardening, cooking, date nights at the casino and the occasional gossip session. We will all miss her stories and big laugh!

Visitation: May 22, 2024 from 4:00-8:00 pm John L. Ziegenhein & Sons Funeral Home, 7027 Gravois Ave, 63116. Service: May 23, 2024 10:30 am departing at 11:30 for Sunset Memorial Park.
