Audrey Zaron (née Siefert), age 100, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 27, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born to the late Harry and Rose Siefert (née Heinz), Audrey lived a full century marked by unwavering faith, deep devotion to her family, and a life of quiet strength and grace.
Beloved wife of the late Pete Zaron, Audrey shared 50 beautiful years of marriage with the love of her life. Together, they built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and enduring values. She was the loving mother of Don (Alane) Zaron and Ron (Cindi) Zaron, and the cherished grandmother of Shaundra (Kyle) Schaefer, Rachel Zaron, Brett (Mariana) Zarontonello, Krista (Kevin) Knittel, and Brian Zaron. Her legacy continues through her dear great-grandchildren: Isaac, Abbey, Landon, Mikayla, Andy, and Valentina.
Audrey’s heart was always with her family. She never missed a moment to be present in their lives—whether it was babysitting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren or cheering them on at their sporting events. She was especially proud of never missing her kids baseball or hockey games, a testament to her steadfast support and love.
A woman of deep faith, Audrey was a longtime member of Mt. Tabor church, where she once served as a Sunday school teacher, planting seeds of kindness and faith in young hearts. In her later years, she donated her time helping elementary children learning to read. In her younger days, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life—cutting grass, tending to her garden, and nurturing the plant life around her.
Audrey’s life was a living example of love, faith, and family. Her presence was a gift, her absence a profound loss. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
