Barbara Marks

Marks, Barbara J. entered into rest of Thursday, July 28, 2022, at the age of 72. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Daniel “Dan” B. Marks for 47 years. Beloved mother of Jessica (Marvin) Malone. Loving grandma of Aaron Patrick Malone and Atlas Plato Malone. Dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Barbara loved being a Grandma. She very much enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and was the best Nana ever. Before coming home to raise her family, Barbara was a teacher. She was an active participant in the United Methodist Women’s group at her church, Concord Trinity UMC as well as heading the Sunday School Program for many years. Barbara was involved in her sorority Alpha Gamma Delta. She was a “mom” to many. When time would allow, she enjoyed scrapbooking.

Visitation, Monday, August 8, 2022 from 12:00 pm until time of Service at 3:00 pm at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis MO 63129. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
