Johnson, Bernita (nee Pierce) age 90, on Sunday, March 25, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Frank W. Johnson; mother of Frank III (Denise), Phillip (Kris), and Stanley (Carol) Johnson; grandmother of Dan, Mark, Laura, Nicholas, Gregory, and Kayla; great-grandmother of Caleb, Owen, and Jacob; sister of the late Alvin Pierce; dear aunt, friend, and neighbor. A longtime resident of St. Joseph Apartments who enjoyed sharing her love of cooking with others. She will be missed by her many friends for her kindness and helpfulness. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cardinal Ritter Senior Services. Services: Family and friends to gather, 12:00 p.m. Thursday (Mar. 29), at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS FUNERAL HOMES, 7027 Gravois Avenue (63116), until time of Memorial Service, 2:00 p.m. Thursday. Private interment, Charleston, MO.
