Brian Dale Stumpf, lover and servant of Jesus Christ, died peacefully November 11th and is now present with the Lord.
He was the (favorite) son of Ken and Jeanie Stumpf, bestest husband of Dawn, and he was Erin (Michael) Kersting’s dad, Ryan’s (Jessica) dad and Sean’s dad. He was Poppi to Oliver, Theodore, Benjamin, Kenny and soon, Patrick. He is also survived by his sister Sandy (Greg) Dickens, his brother Jeff (Liu Qing), and by family and friends.
Brian was a builder and fixer of all things. He was always willing to lend a hand or a tool. He was generous in sharing his time, talents, and treasure with all he met including strangers. He understood what it means to love your neighbor like yourself.
As Brian got older, his faith grew, and he was on mission to make sure that those he met knew Jesus. He wasn’t afraid to ask if a person knew how to get to heaven. He would then share Acts 16:31, that you just need to place your faith in Jesus and accept him as your Lord and Savior. That it’s that easy. He would share how good God had been to him, always, and that “heaven is a cool place.”
Brian, “We can only imagine what it will be like when you walk by his side. We can only imagine...”
