Charles T. Halbrook passed away on May 3, 2026, at the age of 93. He was preceded in death by children Nancy and Michael. Charlie is survived by his wife and best friend of 65 years, Mary Ann Halbrook (nee Mills), daughter Susan Murphy (Rick), and grandson sons, Ethan and Elliott Murphy.,

Charlie was a devoted husband, dad and “Bobbo” (grandpa) to his family. Charlie retired from Anheuser-Busch after over forty years of service. Post retirement, he spent his years volunteering at Church of the Magdalen, working at the St. Peter and Paul soup kitchen, and delivering donations to local food banks every Friday morning. He also spent much of his time helping his daughter and playing with his grandsons. 

A Mass is being held in his memory on Saturday May 30, 2026, at 10 am at Church of the Magdalen located at 4924 Bancroft Ave, St. Louis, MO. All are welcome.
