Cleon "Bud" Gilberg

Cleon “Bud” Gilberg, 92, passed away December 10, 2022. Husband of 70 years to Geraldine R. “Gerry” Gilberg, nee Jess, son of the late Cleon and Melitta, nee Paus, Gilberg, father of; Janine (Jim) Guelker, David (Chelly) Gilberg, Brian (the late Tammy) Gilberg, Julia (Kevin) Henderson, and Jill (Brian) Gornall, grandfather of; Joelle (Ray) Elking, Jerelyn (Eric) Valin, Chad, Corey, and Christopher Gilberg, Tosha (David) Kerperien, Austin (Sierra Dinger) Gilberg, Cameron, Connor, and Curtis Woods, and Kaitlin, Meaghan and Justin Gornall, great grandfather of; Britt, Brynn, and Brooke Valin, Ceciclia, Charlotte, and Claire Elking, Chloe and Clayton Gilberg, Christian Gilberg, Kenzie and Preston Gilberg, Annabel and Drew Kerperien, and Zephrya Gilberg, and brother of the late Jean (the late Al) Moeng.

Mr. Gilberg was a veteran of the US Army. He earned an MBA from Washington University and retired from AVSCOM. Bud was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Affton, MO, a former Toastmaster, former member of the Lions Club, and a former member of the South County Republicans.
