Daniel James Ottolini passed from this life to be with Jesus on May 4, 2026, peacefully in his sleep.  Dan is survived by his wife Candice, children, Michael, Andrea, Peter, Joel and Benjamin, grandchildren, Jakob, Ethan, Noel, Natalia, Rowan, Ezra, Luca, and Zion, brother, Jeff, and two sisters, Janet and Amanda.  He was preceded in death by his parents Peter & Joan Ottolini and three of his siblings.  Their memories remain a treasured part of Dan's life story.

Dan spent most of his life providing for his family as a painter in the construction industry, bus his skills surpassed those acquired through trade.  He enjoyed barbequing, fishing, and a slow day in his garage with a baseball game on the radio, a cigar in his pocket and a beer in his hand.

Although Dan's memory deteriorated over the years, the one thing that never wavered was the love he had for his family.  His face lit up when he saw a loved one, and a smile curled his lips when he was gifted stories about his grandkids.  His love for family remained strong and steadfast until the day he died.

Dan's legacy is one of hard work, devotion and an abiding love for those closest to him.  A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date to be determined, inspired by Dan's wishes.
