Rohe, David Walter entered into rest on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at the age of 77. Beloved father of Erik (Miriam) Rohe, Mark (Brooke) Rohe, and Nikki (Gabe) Whaley; cherished grandfather to Kamryn, Isabel, Abigail, Ivan, and Alexander. David is preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Effie Rohe, nee Albertson. He is also survived by his former wife, Michelle Rohe, nee Schibig.
David was a decorated U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War including a Bronze Star with Valor and 2 Purple Hearts. David was known to be an artistic man, but he was better known as an adoring grandfather.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Disabled American Veterans.
Visitation on Monday, September 11, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County Chapel on 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO, 63129, with funeral starting at 12. Interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
