Peltz, Donald F. Fortified with the sacraments of the Holy Mother Church on June 20, 2014, at age 83. Loving husband of 61 years to Dolores (nee Partsch); dear father of Donna (Tim) McGauley, Lisa (Scott) Sizemore, and Fred (Jane); beloved grandpa, great-grandpa, brother, uncle, and cousin. Proceeded in death by his parents, Frederick and Ann. Don was a friend to everyone he met, especially during his 49 years at Schnucks and his involvement with the Concordia Turners' Hall as music director and singer. Retired railroad worker of 20 years and honored veteran of the Korean war, where he earned 3 bronze stars. Services: Tuesday 9:30 am prayers at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS (South County), 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. (63129). 10 am Mass at St. Francis of Assisi. Interment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.VISITATION MONDAY 3 - 8 PM. June 23, 2014
