Volz, Edwin G. Jr., of Saint Louis, Missouri, was born to Edwin and Virginia Volz, Sr. and entered into rest on his birthday, Wednesday, September 29, 2021, in Saint Louis, Missouri at the age of 78.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 44 years, Judy, two (2) devoted children, Kimberly (Eric) Payne and Kerrie (Chris) Lindner, three (3) loving step children, Scott (Sherri) Cullman, Craig Cullman, and Bradley Cullman, four (4) cherished grandchildren, Claire, Grace, Alicia, and Jacquelyn, three (3) wonderful step grandchildren, Christen, the late Nicholas, and Shanna, eight (8) loving great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Edwin was a graduate of Lindbergh High School and Washington University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Edwin served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force for four years. He provided for his family working 33 years as an employee of 3M/Imation. Edwin was a history aficionado, specifically knowledgeable about the Civil War. He was a lover of Corvettes, especially his own 1959 Corvette. He enjoyed traveling the world but mostly cherished the time he was able to spend with his family. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Services will be held Friday, October 8, 2021, at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road (63129). Doors open at 11:00 am with Memorial Service at 12:00 pm. Inurnment at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
