Dear wife of 60 years to the late Jack LaPlante.

Dearest mother of Gayle (Dan) Decker and Scott (Lisa) LaPlante.  Beloved grandmother of Casey (Katie), Collin, Christopher, Gretchen, Meghan (John), Michelle (George), Clay (Julie) and Shelby (Norman).

Ella was a wonderful sister, aunt, friend and neighbor.  She was the person that everyone called for a friendly, caring voice and she always listened...no matter what.

She was known for her wit & humor and truly was the other half to Jack,  She will be missed dearly here on Earth but we know that she is resting in the arms of the Lord.

In lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to Peace Lutheran Church.
