Elmer Dochnal

Elmer F. Dochnal, passed away on Saturday October 29, 2022 at the age of 93.  Loving husband for 69 years to Dorothy Dochnal (nee Gehlauf); dear father of Elaine (Richard) Dorsey III, Judy (Mark) Mcdaniel Sr., and Diane (David) Scheu. Dear grandfather of Mark Mcdaniel Jr., Jonathan Mcdaniel, Andie Dorsey, Katie Dorsey, Matthew Scheu and Jacob Scheu. Great grandfather of Kieran Mcdaniel, Brody Mcdaniel and Ty Mcdaniel.  Dear uncle and friend to many.

Elmer was an active member of Mount Tabor UCC church. He was the owner and operator of Maryland Express Trucking for many years until he retired.  He was a member of the Teamsters Union Local 600. After retiring he enjoyed volunteering at Industrial Aid sheltered workshop.
