Fred Walton, 84, asleep in Jesus on February 28, 2022. Loving husband of Joan Walton; devoted father of Richard (Jeri) Walton, Janet Walton, Linda (Michael) Wulf; cherished grandfather of Gabriella (Robert) Goeke, Emily (Eric) Heumann, Cassandra Wulf, Taylor Wulf; great-great grandfather of Lucas Heumann.
Fred was a hardworking, successful business owner for 50+ years. He was a professional baseball player and was inducted into the St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame. He coached, refereed, and umpired various amateur sports. He loved his family, his church, and enjoyed spending time with friends.
Services: Visitation on Sat. March 5, 2022, from 9:30am to time of service at 1:30pm at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons Funeral Home (4830 Lemay Ferry). Interment at Park Lawn Cemetery. Ziegenheinfuneralhome.com
