George Lux
Lux, George S. Jr. Passed away on Thursday December 21, 2023, at the age of 89. Beloved son of the late George S. Lux Sr. and the late Janet L. Lux; cherished friend to Phyllis Lyon, cousin, and friend to many.
George credited Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, Virginia, for his desire to learn, and Stetson University for the skills necessary for his 32-year career with the Defense Mapping Agency in St. Louis. George was an avid collector with a unique love for matchbook covers, coins, and stamps.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to Randolph-Macon Academy and Stetson University.
