Gerry Sickles

Sickles, Geraldine E., of Saint Louis, Missouri, was born to Roy and Lillian (nee Clages) Hampel and entered into rest Tuesday, April 5, 2022, in Saint Louis, Missouri at the age of 100 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Francis E. Sickles and her siblings, Rose Marie Meyer and Robert Hampel.

She is survived by her devoted sister, Mary Ann Schuette, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Gerry had a great life and was so proud to turn 100 years old. She loved her family. Gerry was a good sister and was very good to her nieces and nephews. Gerry had a heart for veterans from a young age. She was a giving woman and supported the veterans to the very end. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services: Visitation, Monday, April 11, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons, 7027 Gravois Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63116. Mass, Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, 4924 Bancroft Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63109. Interment, Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 10:45 a.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
