Gladys Trapf

Gladys L. Trapf, nee Confer, 77, entered in rest on February 1, 2023. Daughter of the late William and Julia, nee Brown, Confer, former wife of Edward N. Trapf, devoted mother of; Edward W. (Terri) Trapf, Lisa (Tony) Medina, and Connie (Brian) Trapf, cherished grandmother of Kaitlyn (Rusty) Stepp, Patrick Flynn, Rachel Trapf, Kayla (Dan) Trapf, Tyler Blest, Andrew Winkelman, Allyson Winkelman, Julie (Josh) Asher, Lisa Asher, Raymond Asher Jr., A.J. Medina, and Brandy (Alex) Mink, beloved GG of; Flynn, Ireland, Emma, Keegan, Caiden, Jaxon, Aria, Kano, Raymond III “Mikey”, and Everleigh, sister of; the late Charles, John, James, and Robert Confer.

Gladys was a devoted family person. She was a member of Bethesda Evangelical Church and enjoyed rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues.

Memorials are appreciated to the American Lung Association .

Visitation will be from 4-8pm, Monday, February 6, 2023, at John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Home, 7027 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116. Funeral service will be at 11am, Tuesday, February 7, 2023, also at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
