Jack Jordan

May 1, 1940 — April 25, 2020

Jordan, Jack M. entered into rest on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at age 79.  Beloved husband, best friend and sweetheart of Lois Jordan for 58 years.
Beloved father of Jon A. (Kaylynn) Jordan, Michelle Lin Jordan and Martha (Adam) Meinershagen.  Loving grandfather of Joshua Jordan and Jacob (Rachel) Jordan, T. J. Meinershagen and Mason Jane Meinershagen. Dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle and friend to many.
He was a graduate of William Jewell College and has post graduate degrees from Washington University.
Jack retired in 1996 from the Mehlville School District after 33 years of service as a teacher, coach, counselor and principal. He was the Voice of the Mehlville Panthers for 30 years. The school district honored Jack by naming the stadium the Jack M. Jordan Stadium for his years of dedicated service.
Jack was an active member in Concord Trinity United Methodist Church, Mehlville Retired Educators, MRTA and Phi Gamma Delta.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Concord Trinity UMC, 5275 So. Lindbergh Blvd. (63126), the Mehlville Retired Educators Scholarship Fund or to the charity of donor’s choice are appreciated.

Services:  Sunday, September 26, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with ceremony at 3:00 p.m. at Mehlville High School, 3200 Lemay Ferry Road. Join us to celebrate the life of Jack. We will gather just outside of the Jack M. Jordan Stadium and share memories and stories to remember this man who is greatly missed.
