Janice Ruth Walker

Walker, Janice Ruth, nee Marshall, passed away on Thursday April 27^th, 2023, at the age of 77. Janice is preceded in death by her husband, Cole E. Walker, and her parents Robert W. Marshall and Lois M. Bihn, nee Burton. She is survived by her dear sister Pam (the late Dean) Combs, dear family friends Tony and Glenn Edwards, brother-in-law Jon Walker, sister-in-law Lori Hensley, close friends Donna and Al Machtmes, and many other dear friends.

Janice retired as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Plans & Policy for TRANSCOM at Scott Airforce Base. Janice enjoyed shopping and meeting up with her “Lunch Bunch” for monthly birthday celebrations. She loved her dogs and all dogs, especially Golden and Labrador Retrievers.

Memorial service will be held on Friday July 28^th, 2023, at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County Chapel, 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis, MO 63129 at 11:30 a.m. Interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 12:45, with procession leaving the funeral home.
