John Obert, Jr.

John J. Obert, Jr. passed away Saturday, October 3rd at the age of 82 in St. Louis, Missouri. Ex husband of Lynn; loving father of Kimberly Obert, the late Thomas Obert, Christine (John) Reed, and Michael (Dawn) Obert; dear grandfather of Collin, Hailey, and Kalie; dear great grandfather of Destiny; dear brother of Rosann Schott and Mary Korn; “Uncle Johnny” to many; dear friend to Mary Ann Simon and many others. Memorial donations in John’s name may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th from 4-8pm at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons Funeral Home (7027 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116). Mass will be on Saturday, October 10th at 10am at St. Pius V. Catholic Church (3310 S Grand Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63118). Interment at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Cemetery.
