Judith A. Holke

Judith (Judy) Ann Holke passed away on October 08, 2023. Judy was born in St. Louis to Amy and Richard Otto, Sr. on July 29, 1939. Judy attended Horace Man Elementary school and graduated from Roosevelt High School. Judy was married to the late Gary P. Holke for 44 wonderful years. Judy retired from Southwestern Bell in the late 1990’s and enjoyed her retirement. She was a lifelong St. Louis Cardinals baseball and loyal Disney fan. She loved the wonderful memories made during trips to Walt Disney World, Gulf Shores, and Destin with her family.

She is survived by her daughter Stacey Niehoff; son Craig Holke (Caroline); as well as her four grandchildren, Cara Niehoff, Christian Niehoff, Patrick Holke and Samantha Holke; and her sister Carol Schamburg.

Judy was a loving wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother and friend to many.

Services: Visitation will be held from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. at Ziegenhein funeral home at 4830 Lemay Ferry, St. Louis, MO 63129 on October 15, 2023. The family will have a private service for Judy at Jefferson Barracks, where her husband is interred. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Evelyn’s House the BJC hospice home where she received wonderful care during her last days.
