Judith "Judy" Rustige

Judith “Judy” A. Rustige, nee McMurray, 82, passed away December 20, 2021. Daughter of the late Trevor McMurray and the late Mary Bowers, nee Wells, dear wife of Richard Rustige and the late Donald Phillips, loving mother of Susan Phillips and Donna (Dan) Riegler, beloved stepmother of Tricia  (Ron) Hays and Adam (Amy) Rustige, and cherished grandmother of Tyler and Alex Riegler, Madeline and Anna Hays, and Ben Williams.

Judy was retired from a career in the plumbing supply business where she worked as a customer service representative. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and visiting, among many places, national parks, Alaska, and the United Kingdom. She also enjoyed solving puzzles and playing Words with Friends. Judy loved the Missouri Botanical Gardens and volunteered there, along with Step Up St. Louis and Chatillon-DeMenil Mansion, for many years.

Memorials are appreciated in lieu of Flowers to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Missouri Botanical Gardens .

Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm, Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Home City Chapel 7027 Gravois Ave. Funeral services will begin, after visitation, at 4pm at the funeral home.
