Judy K. McCollough

Judy K. McCollough (nee Garcia-Dufaux), born on May 27, 1966, in Merritt, Canada, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2025, in Richmond Heights, Missouri. Judy was a remarkable individual whose life was characterized by her deep love for her family and friends, as well as her well-known passion for crafts. She was known to bring joy and warmth to those around her, and her caring nature endeared her to many.

Judy was a devoted wife to her husband, Martin McCollough. Together, they built a life filled with love and companionship. Her affectionate spirit was not only reserved for her husband but also extended to her cherished extended family and friends. She often emphasized the importance of nurturing relationships, creating a supportive community through her kindness and generosity.

Those who knew Judy will fondly remember her love for her fur babies, a testament to her compassionate heart. She shared her world with her furry companions, offering them a safe and loving home.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Marian (nee Smith) Dufaux, who shaped her into the person she became, instilling values of love, compassion, and creativity that she carried throughout her life.

A Celebration of Life visitation honoring Judy’s memory will be held on June 27, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Homes - South City Chapel, located at 7027 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116. If attending please bring a copy of a photo you have of Judy or a photo of you with Judy to leave at her Celebration of Life.
