It is with difficulty I share with you that my mother Katharine, age 87, passed away early morning Monday November 23rd.  She drifted peacefully away in her sleep at home after an unexpected but brief period of critical illness. Her love for family near and far was a priority.   Many of you have seen her soldiering into our events with chin up, or recall her greeting you with great interest as soon as you came within view.  The last few years she spent enjoying life to the fullest extent possible reading books, listening to all sorts of music online, and attending our activities.  To those of you were a part of this - thank you for that!
