Ken spent his life building cherished relationships and dedicated careers that reflected his passions and commitment to family. As a business owner of Day’s Grass Service, Ken was known for his hard work and devotion to providing excellent lawn care to his many satisfied customers. Ken helped his son establish Day’s Parts Yard, where he shared his expertise in used auto parts. Through these ventures, Ken established a reputation not only for his craftsmanship but also his warm-hearted personality, creating long lasting relationships with everyone he encountered.

Memories linger of him joyfully cruising around town, sharing laughter and joy with friends and family. Ken’s excitement for life extended beyond the roads; he was an avid St. Louis Blues fan, celebrating their victories with fervor and camaraderie.
Above all Ken treasured his family. They hold dear countless memories of the happy times spent together, which will forever resonate in their hearts. His love for them shone brightly, a guiding light that shaped their lives and inspired them to carry forward his legacy of kindness and warmth.
Ken cut his last lawn and has drove off into the sunset in his 68 Camaro.
His famous saying one last time “You got that 5 dollars you owe me”
