Laura Lane

Lane, Laura G., of Saint Louis, Missouri, was born to George and Frances (nee Ganz) Martin and was Baptized into the hope of Christ’s Resurrection on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at home surrounded by family at the age of 95.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three (3) siblings, Francis Smith, Ruth Hoffman, and Jack Martin, and her brother-in-law, John Smith.

She is survived by, her devoted daughter, Laurel Lane, sister-in-law, Janet Martin, beloved nieces, nephews, and friends.

Laura was a wonderful mother, relative and friend. She loved to travel. Laura was a devoted Christian and loved her faith. She enjoyed her days singing and never met an animal she didn’t adore and appreciate; she loved and took good care of her pets. Laura had a passion for US Navy. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Graveside Service will be Monday, July 25, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Resurrection Cemetery, 6901 MacKenzie Road, St. Louis, MO 63123. Memorial Mass will be held Monday, August 15, 2022, at 10:00 am at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4200 Delor Street, St. Louis, MO 63116.
