Loraine Adeleine Studt

Studt, Loraine, nee Simon, passed away September 9, 2024, at 96 years of age; she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 yrs., William A. Studt Jr. (2008), her son William A. Studt III (2016), and brothers Alvin J. Simon and Robert G. Simon.

In Saint Louis, Loraine joined the Axillaries of the Affton Elks, South Broadway Athletic Club, VFW Post 8112 and Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge and with her husband, attended many events making meaningful friendships. In 2009, she moved to Newport, Oregon, joining her family on the West Coast.

She is survived by her daughter Renee (John) McKinney, grandchildren Toby (Angie) Scott, Mike (Penny) Studt and Brad (Tamara) Studt and 3 great-grandchildren.

She enjoyed 15 years near the Pacific Ocean, making new friends and having new adventures. She always loved and missed Saint Louis, the birthplace of her and Bill's extended families. We will miss her dearly.
