Lorraine Boyd Katz

Lorraine Boyd Katz (nee Faulkenberry) passed away on Monday October 9, 2023. Born on March 26, 1927, to her parents the late James and Katherine Faulkenberry. Sister of the late Laverne Ferrenti, the late Gloria Jean, and the late James Faulkenberry; survived by nieces Loria Komos & Lynn Wente, great-nieces Emily Komos & Lauren Hohbein, great-nephews Keith Komos & Scott Wente, and many friends.  

Lorraine was a buyer for Scruggs Vandervoort Barney Department Store and retired from St. Louis Public Library in 1993. She was a beloved member of St. Stephen Protomartyr Catholic Church. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the giver’s charity of choice.
