Hoberg, Louise Eva, of Saint Louis, Missouri, was born to Steven and Estelle (nee Tarman) Berry and entered into rest Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24, 2022, in her hometown at the age of 95 years.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of over 50 years, Richard A. Hoberg, and her son, Tom Hoberg.
She is survived by, three (3) children, Richard A. (Kim) Hoberg, Jr., Valerie Hoberg, and Dorie (Bill) Niehoff, seven (7) grandchildren, Shawn Badgley, Patrick (Kristin Finan) Badgley, Brittany (Andrew) Bagy, Kyle (Ashley) Hoberg, Claire (Blaine) Goodman, Annie (Tim) Walsh, and Natalie Niehoff, fourteen (14) great-grandchildren, Adelaide, Kona, Mirielle, Joaquin, Lashiah, Isabella, Grace, Hannah, Miles, Evan, Sylvia, Ian, Grady, and Piper.
Louise loved nature and enjoyed driving through the park. She loved spending time with her family and treasured the moments spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Louise enjoyed cooking and was very proud of her Lithuanian dishes. She was proud of the volunteer work she did at St. Alexius Hospital and loved putting puzzles together. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Here’s to you grandma, we love you, and will miss you, “a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck”.

In fulfillment of her wishes, Mrs. Hoberg has donated her remains to Washington University School of Medicine. Memorial Mass: Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 10:00 am at St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
