Marian O. Junge

Marian Oradelle Junge, born 6/12/1940 and passed from this life on 5/21/2025, dear daughter of late Walter & late Oradelle Seibt, devoted wife of the late Walter G. Junge, beloved mother of Elaine (Mike) Junge Hartmann, David (Nancy) Junge and Ted (Nan) Junge, proud and loving grandmother and great-grandmother, beloved aunt and great-aunt, cousin and friend to many. 

Following her graduation from Harris Teachers College in 1971, Marian was an elementary school teacher for the St Louis Public School System and the Library Media Specialist at Hixson Middle School, located in the Webster Groves School District, from 1982-2001. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the St. Vincent de Paul Parish Food Pantry in Marian's honor. Physical monetary donations can be mailed to 1408 South 10th Street St. Louis, MO 63104. A visitation for Marian's family and friends to gather and celebrate her life will be held on Wednesday June 25, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South City Chapel 7027 Gravois Ave. St. Louis, MO 63116. Her funeral will take place the following morning, June 26, at 10:00 a.m. at Ever True Laclede Groves Chapel, where Marian made many dear friends and connections and attended many days of worship. Inurnment in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery following funeral, alongside her beloved husband, the late Walter.
