Mary Lou Distler

Mary Lou Distler, nee Schnell, passed away on Sunday April 23, 2023, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Eugene Distler, dear mother of Mike (Cathy) Distler, Cindy (Greg) Dart, and Tim (Amy) Distler, cherished grandmother of Abby, Maddie, and Grace Distler, Emma (James) Maulbetsch, Alexa, Halle, and Peyton Dart, Joe, Jenna, Julia, and Jordan Distler. Loving great grandmother of Savannah, beloved sister of Nancy Schnell. Dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Memorials are appreciated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital

Visitation will be from 9 – 10:30 am on Friday, May 5, 2023, at John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Home, 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd. St. Louis, MO 63129. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am at Assumption Catholic Church, 4725 Mattis Rd., St. Louis, MO 63128. Interment In Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, MO.
