Mary Kordsmeier

Kordsmeier, Mary Frances (nee Wiedemann) Baptized in the hope of Christ's resurrection, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the age of 87. Beloved wife for 39 years of G. Paul Kordsmeier, earlier wife of the late Jerry Schwaab. Sometime after Paul and Mary's first spouses had passed, they met and were wed on March 16th, 1973 and formed a combined family of 10 children, age range of 7 to 21 years. Dear Mother and Mother-in-Law of Doug and Lynn Schwaab, Kathy and Dick Lewis, Paul Kordsmeier Jr., Mary and Chris Woodlief, Keith and Debbi Schwaab, Leslie and Dave Alderman, John and Beth Kordsmeier, Rita and Glenn Bennett, Kim Schwaab and Dana Berkbuegler, Margaret and Tory Catanzaro. Dear Sister of Del and Al Skubic, Bob and the late Lorraine Wiedemann. Proud Grandmother of 24, Great Grandmother of 21. Dear Aunt, Great Aunt, and Friend to many. Services: Visitation with Family on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 10:00am, Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00am, Our Lady of Providence, 8866 Pardee Rd., 63123. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Our Lady of Providence. Mary donated her body to St. Louis University School of Medicine.
