Michael Scott McClinton, a devoted father, cherished brother, proud veteran, and faithful servant of God, peacefully passed away on September 5, 2026.

Michael’s life was defined by his unwavering love for his family, his deep spiritual faith, and his generous heart. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force for over 15 years, a testament to his dedication and selflessness.

Above all, Michael treasured his family. He loved nothing more than spending evenings surrounded by loved ones, filled with simple conversations, laughter, and karaoke. On quieter nights, he found comfort in listening to the classic songs of Elvis Presley, relaxing with a small glass of the finest whiskey. A man of profound faith, Michael loved to read his Bible and passionately preached the word of God to anyone he met, always eager to share his devotion.

His heart was endlessly focused on helping those in need. Michael was known for his relentless generosity, regularly sending donations to over 15 different organizations. Even when his family softly reminded him to be mindful of potential spams or advised him to save his extra money, Michael insisted on giving, embodying a truly charitable spirit that could not be discouraged.

Michael is survived by his beloved children: Maria (Jon Roy), Lonnie, Mica, Jake, Sarah (Thomas), and Beckie. He is also survived by his sisters Susan, Theresa, and Barb, and his brothers, Norman and Ralph. He is reunited in eternal peace with his sisters, and his brothers Frank and John.

His legacy of faith, service, and love will live on in the hearts of his family and the many lives he touched.
