Myrna L. Ferguson

Myrna L. Ferguson (nee Moses) went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the age of 93.

Myrna was born to the late Myron and Minnie (nee Schmid) Moses on January 23, 1933, in Chicago, Illinois and was a beloved sister of the late William Moses.

She graduated from Bosse high school in Evansville, Indiana and then worked as a bank teller at First National Bank.

She married Richard L. Ferguson on October 24, 1953, and they were married 55 wonderful years until his passing in 2008.

They raised 2 daughters in St. Louis, MO.  She was very active in Affton Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir and took on other various roles.  She was also very involved in the PTA and was the President of the Mothers Club.

She dearly loved her husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their spouses. She also had many dear friends and was cherished by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers please consider a memorial donation in honor of Myrna to the DeGreeff Hospice House, 10024 Kennerly Road, Saint Louis, MO 63128.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County, 4830 Lemay Ferry Road, Saint Louis, MO 63129.  Visitation will also be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, 9:00 a.m. until services at 9:30 a.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County Chapel.  Interment immediately following services to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
