Nancy Ferrell

Ferrell, Nancy L., of Saint Louis, Missouri, was born to Robert and Hanna (nee Battreal) Ferrell and was Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Saturday, September 10, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her parents, two siblings, Margaret Wurst and Robert “Bobby” Ferrell.

She is survived by, her two sisters, Mary Sue (Lee) Douglas and Doris (Richard) Beeson, her special cousins, Mary (Roger) Nasser and Louise (the late John) Marcolla, other relatives and friends.

Nancy was the heart of the family. She loved sitting outside in her yard watching the birds. She could play scrabble for hours. She loved her dog, Lulu and all animals. She cherished her family, friends, and her church. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Donna, David, Helen (the late Dan), (the late Diane), Doug, Lauren (the late John), thank you for the love and support you gave Nancy. To her long-time caregivers Ashley and Shelly, a special thank you and later Kelly who joined them in walking beside her through her journey.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a rescue shelter of your choice.

Memorial Visitation, Monday, September 26, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
