Nunzio Steven Howard

January 13, 1963 — March 2, 2024

High Ridge

Nunzio Steven Howard, as in life, was late to the pearly gates on his way to meet the Lord. He departed us on the 2nd day of March 2024. He lived 9 lives, but the one he lived with his wife Marina was the one he cherished most.

He was a proud man, who lived by his family and his Harleys. He wanted to make an impact, to take care of others, and he found that calling most strongly in healthcare. Nunzio and Marina affected the lives of hundreds of veterans and their families by caring for them until they too met the Lord.

Always determined, he proved everyone who ever doubted him wrong – especially the doctors by out living every single prognosis. Ever fearless, he faced questionable circumstances on many occasions and always came out on top. Wickedly funny (and handsome), he found humor in every situation. Wildly lucky, he always managed to win in Vegas.

He was a loving husband, father, uncle, and mentor to many, a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, patriotic American, firearm aficionado, cowboy, pinball wizard, classic country music connoisseur, drone pilot-in-training, and proud witness to 5 Cardinals World Series wins and 3 Chiefs Super Bowl wins.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marina, mother Helen, sister Donna, sons Joshua, Daniel (Keara), and Sebastian, daughter KayLynn, nephews Anthony (Amber) and Adrian, nieces Ashley and Anne Marie, and great niece Alexa and great nephews Ashton and Athan, and his loyal canine Bruno. He’s joining many family and friends in heaven, most importantly, his great aunt Marie, father Steve, and his favorite dog, Harley.

Loved by many, feared by the rest. He will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. (Psalm 23)
