Olive Bennett

Bennett, Olive J. (Stephens) Entered into Christ’s Kingdom on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at the age of 94.  Beloved wife of the late Roy W. Bennett of 68 years.  Loving mother of Robert (Beverly) Bennett, Linda (Steven) Spencer and Jill (Michael) Brust; cherished grandmother of 6, great-grandmother of 11. Aunt great-aunt and dear friend to many.

Olive and Roy’s first love was senior Olympics in ballroom dancing where they received several medals. They also enjoyed bowling, shuffleboard, and bocco.  Olive and Roy were very active in their church @ Carondelet Baptist Church.

Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2022, from 11:00 am until memorial service 12:00 pm at JOHN L. ZIEGENHEIN & SONS SOUTH CITY CHAPEL, 7027 Gravois. Interment following services at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Carondelet Baptist Church, 7309 Virginia Ave #3020, Saint Louis, MO 63111 would be appreciated.
