Duggan, Patricia T (nee Klaric)
Patricia, fortified with the Sacraments of the Holy Catholic Church, passed away with her family by her side on March 11, 2023, at the age of 90.
Born March 14, 1932, the daughter of the late John S. and Mary (Janku) Klaric. She was the youngest of seven, predeceased by Charlotte (Tom) Miller, Reverend Wenceslaus (Bill) Klaric, Monsignor George M. Klaric (Lt. Col. USAF), John S. (Mary Ann) Klaric Jr., Jane (Joe) Hromadka, and Josephine (Max) Hug.
Patricia was a graduate of Loretta Academy High School (1949) and Webster University (1953). She enjoyed teaching first grade and had many stories to share. A Native St. Louisan with deep, strong ties in the Czech community of St. John Nepomuk Church. She was an avid traveler around the U.S. and Europe and a fun-loving cruising buddy to many destinations. She loved hosting and cooking for holiday parties in her home with lavish feasts, highlighted by her famous cheesecake. She loved baking of all kinds, especially for the holidays. Her favorite recipes were Bohemian family recipes. Patricia was devoted to her family as a daughter, sister and mother.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, James T. Duggan and her three daughters, Mary Pat (Dave), Kathy (Dan), and Diane (Kirk). Loving grandmother to: James, Carly, Lauren, John, Jennifer, Jessica, Katie and Jay.
She will be greatly missed.
SERVICES: Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 9:00 am until Mass 10:00 am @ St. John Nepomuk Church, 1625 S.11th Street, Saint Louis, MO 63104. Interment to follow to Resurrection Cemetery.
