Paul A. Spradling

Paul A. "Curley" Spradling, entered into rest on Friday, February 23, 2024, at the age of 70. He was the cherished husband of Pat Spradling, nee Jones; devoted father of sons Bobby (Christina Marie) and Dan Spradling; and adored grandfather of Mason "Termite" Spradling. Paul was also a dear brother to Sheryl (Bill) Mills and the son of the late Homer and the late Geneva, nee Haag, Spradling. He leaves behind a host of friends who will always treasure his memory. 

Paul found solace in nature's embrace as an avid lover of the outdoors. Whether hunting or fishing in Missouri's scenic landscapes, he found joy in every season. His passion for baseball, particularly his fervor for the St. Louis Cardinals, was a source of delight for him. Above all, Paul's heart belonged to his beloved grandson, Mason, whom he loved to pieces. May Paul's legacy live on through the memories shared by those who knew and loved him dearly. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to the Missouri Department of Conservation or Vitas Hospice. 

Visitation to celebrate Paul's life will be held on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South County Chapel located at 4830 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63129. A funeral service will follow the next morning at 11:00 a.m., also at the funeral home.
