Priscilla Doelling, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2024, in Affton, Missouri. She was born on May 27, 1925, in Addieville, Illinois, to parents Emma and Herbert Gaebe. Priscilla's life was filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever be held close to the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Priscilla's life was beautifully intertwined with her soulmate and love of her life, the late Robert Doelling. Together they embarked on countless adventures and shared a love story that spanned an incredible 73 years of marriage. The bond they shared was unbreakable, filled with devotion and unwavering support for one another. One of Priscilla's greatest joys in life was traveling alongside Robert. They explored various destinations together, from the sun-soaked beaches of San Diego, California to the vibrant lights of Las Vegas, Nevada. These journeys allowed them to create lasting memories and strengthened the deep connection they shared.

Beyond their travels, Priscilla pursued several hobbies that brought her immense happiness. An avid golfer with skillful swings on the green, she even achieved the remarkable feat of a hole-in-one during her golfing adventures. However, it was not just athleticism that defined Priscilla; she also possessed an unparalleled ability to become the best baseball spectator in any crowd. Cheering on her favorite teams and players brought her tremendous joy. In addition to sports-related activities, Priscilla loved spending quality time with friends playing cards. Her friendly spirit and sharp mind made these gatherings memorable occasions filled with laughter and friendly competition.

Priscilla's legacy lives not only through her personal accomplishments but also through the loving family she leaves behind. She is survived by her devoted children; her son Tim (Midge) Doelling; her daughter Amy, who was the late Dan Seymour's wife; and her son Ned, who was late Michele Doelling's husband; as well as her adoring grandchildren Chris, Kevin, Bryan, and Tim. Priscilla's legacy extends further to include her great-grandchildren Adam, Savannah, Brooke, Zoey, and Nathan.

The warm memories and stories of Priscilla will be celebrated during a graveside service at Zion Cemetery (Zion United Church of Christ) on February 5, 2024. The service will take place at 12:30 p.m. in the serene town of Addieville, Illinois. The cemetery's address is 58 W 1st St. Priscilla will be laid to rest in the peaceful embrace of her hometown.

Priscilla Doelling will forever be remembered for her kind heart, unwavering love for her family, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue to inspire generations to come. May she rest in eternal peace.
