Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Wed. 10/28 at the age of 79. Beloved daughter of the late Melbourne and the late Katherine (nee Studt) Mees; dear sister of William M. (Phyllis), Arthur J. (Dianne), and David R. Mees; dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Memorials to the charity of donor’s choice or Masses are preferred.

In fulfillment of her wishes, Rita’s body was donated to St. Louis University School of Medicine.
