Beloved wife of the late Keith Aschinger, Sr. Devoted mother of Keith Jr. (Kristin Connors), Craig, and Becky (Clint) Seidenstricker. Loving grandmother of Riley (Regan), Aidan, Logan, Alexis, Breanna, and Lucas. Dear sister of Debra (Timothy) Schaffer. Dear aunt and godmother of Adam Schaffer, Dear sister-in-law of the late Jack (Irene-still living), Penny (Fletcher) Carter, Eric (Jan), and Phyllis (Peter) Dunkailo. Dear Dogmother of Clancy and Chloe. Dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband Keith, parents Ralph and Betty Yates, parent-in-laws O. Francis and Zdena Aschinger, brother-in-law Jack, sister-in-law Arlene, and nephew Timmy.
Sally was born on September 10, 1945 in St. Louis, MO. She attended Cleveland High School. She met her husband, Keith, in high school and they married in 1967.
Sally was an active member at her church, Christ Memorial Lutheran, and worked in their childcare center in her later years. Prior to that she was a real estate agent and Director of World Missions where she did fundraising for missionaries at the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod International Headquarters. She was involved in many activities and pretty much always knew someone and had a smile for them everywhere she went.
She and her husband enjoyed traveling all around the world. She devoted much of her time to missionary work, spending time with her kids, grandkids, and family. She loved decorating for and celebrating every holiday. She never needed an excuse to invite family over. Sally will be dearly missed by those that loved her.
