Sandra "Sandy" Lee Henry

Passed away on Sunday November 12, 2023, at the age of 81. Preceded in death by her parents James and Lillian Blankenship, nee Boing. Mother of Judith Darragh; cherished grandmother of the late Amanda L. Wright, David R. Wright, and Andrew J. Wright; adored great-grandmother of Isabel Wright, Corey Wright, Daylin Wright, and Chase Wright; dear sister of James Blankenship, Michael Blankenship, and Barbara Ernst; dear friend to many. 

Sandy worked for Brown Shoe Company in St. Louis for some time before her career took her to Schnucks Supermarket, where she eventually retired. In her free time, Sandy enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and reading, especially mystery books. Sandy was, as many St. Louisans, a huge fan of the Cardinals baseball team. But what Sandy will be remembered for most of all was the pride and joy she found in family and loved ones. She will be missed greatly.
