Stan Bilsland

“Keep the Faith”

Entered into heaven on March 14, 2022. Stan was a graduate of the University of Iowa and an active Hawkeye fan. He was a dedicated employee at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company (AT&T). He was an avid golfer and loved a good game of poker and blackjack. He was a skilled drummer and guitarist and was proud to be inducted into the Iowa Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017. His greatest love was being a husband to Rosie. His greatest joys were his children and grandchildren.

Beloved husband to the late Rosie Bilsland, Dear brother to the late Bob Bilsland, Devoted father to Traygen (Sarah) and Treton (Laura), Cherished grandfather to Sophia, Scarlett, and Chandler, Dear friend to John Maurer. Preceded in death by his loving parents Charles and Letha, Supported and cared for by the Delmar Gardens South Family.
