Stanley “Chris” A. Christian Jr.

74, passed away May 25, 2021 at his home. Father of Jared Christian; grandfather of Lila Christian; brother of Penny Christian; former stepfather of Trisha Gaston; dear friend to many. Chris is preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Albert, Sr. and Helen Christian.

Chris proudly served in the Navy. After the military, he resided in St. Louis. He worked hard as a machinist and proudly worked for 30 years at Standard Machinery and Manufacturing Company. In Chris' free time, he found joy in outside activities such as gardening and fishing. He had plants and flowers planted everywhere. Chris found happiness in cooking food. Chris had some unique hobbies such as candle making and creating furniture from wood. He was quite the craftsman and was diversely talented. Chris was truly loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Services: Friday, June 4, 2021, guests are welcome to gather on the parking lot at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons Funeral Home (7027 Gravois Ave.) at 9am for 9:30am arrival at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
