Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Margaret “Peggy” Monaco (nee O’ Brien); dear father of Andrew, Meghan, and Adam (Nichole) Monaco; dear grandad of Madilyn, Ava, Olivia, and Mackenzie; dear son-in-law, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many.

His compassionate heart will be genuinely missed. Steve was anxiously waiting to celebrate the Presidential Inauguration on January 20th. He will no doubt rejoice in heaven on that glorious day. We will continue to fly Steve’s beloved flag in his honor and celebrate with him.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate an act of kindness be performed in his memory or memorials to the American Diabetes Association preferred.

Services: Memorial mass to be celebrated Thursday, August 5th at 10am at St. Paul's Catholic Church. Masks are required at mass.
