Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2023, in her sleep from complications of a recent illness.

Born to Franklin L. Price and Mary V. Blue (nee Smith) on March 19, 1950, in Van Buren, Missouri.

She was an avid gardener, loved birdwatching, and was feisty as hell.  She dedicated her later years to advocation on behalf of Veterans, working for the Paralyzed Veterans of America.

Beloved mother of Sheena Koester, and Juliette Jacobs; sons-in-law Danny Koester, and Phil Wilson; cherished grandmother of Steam Koester, Drachen Koester, and Timothy Wilson; dear sister of Larry Price, Jerry Price, and Elayne Blue; Susan is preceded in death by her mother Mary Blue; and brothers Michael Price and Jack Price.

Family has chosen to have private services.
