Xadrian M. Johnson

Xadrian M. Johnson passed away on Monday August 5, 2024, at the age of 10, mere weeks before starting the fifth grade. Cherished son of Chivina Johnson and Kendall Mathews; devoted older brother of Ezra Johnson; beloved grandson of Cattrena and Jose Cordero, Anthony Phinney, and Linda Blackwell; dear nephew of Chelsey Phinney, Carla Phinney, Anthony Phinney, Lucina Cordero, Junior Cordero, Niko Cordero, Yvan Cordero, and Fernando Cordero. Xadrian is also survived by many more relatives and dear friends. 

Xadrian is remembered for his incredibly unique personality and soul. He was very caring and always took care of his loved ones however he could. Xadrian's playful and kind demeanor often brought laughter through his pranks lovingly pulled on family and friends—a true source of joy for all around him. Whether engaging in activities with his friends or immersed in his favorite pastimes such as swimming and playing with Roblox, or indulging in video games like Minecraft, Fortnite, and GTA, Xadrian found pure delight in these shared moments. 

While we mourn for our loss, we also celebrate the fact that we had the blessing of knowing Xadrian during his life. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to St. Louis Children's Hospital in honor of Xadrian. 

Xadrian's visitation will be held on Sunday August 11 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at John L. Ziegenhein & Sons South City Chapel 7027 Gravois Ave. St. Louis, MO 63116. His funeral service will take place the following morning, Monday August 12, at 10:30 a.m., also at the funeral home. Xadrien's interment will follow his service, in Bonne Terre City Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.
