Emil Reck

Emil F. Reck, 52, passed away January 5, 2022. Son of the late Egon and the late Daisy, nee Levy, Reck, brother of Fred (Tracy) Reck, Tony (Lori) Reck, Klaus (Alice) Reck, and Merci (Tim) Shanahan, uncle of Michael Breihan, Elizabeth Breihan, Jonathan Reck, and Renee’ (Dylan) Reck Parker, great uncle of Felix, Xander, Nyx, Paul, and Samantha. He also leaves behind many dear relatives and friends.

Emil was a dedicated worker for the City of St. louis. He enjoyed cooking as well as St. Louis Blues Hockey, Indy Car Racing and NASCAR.

Visitation will be held from 12-2 pm Sunday, January 16, 2022, at John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Home, South City Chapel 7027 Gravois Ave. Private interment in Resurrection Cemetery.   www.ziegenheinfuneralhome.com
